Dr. Regina Yanson joined the Francis Marion faculty in 2011. She teaches Human Resource Management, Advanced Human Resource Management, International Management, and Management in Organizations. Her research interest include employee reactions to new technologies and their implications on: employee training and development, change management, employee behaviors, HR Practices, employee feedback, organizational justice, and job stress.
